1. Get a high end commission sales job; anyone can do it, it just takes some time to build up the skills. You will need to start out in small companies that will pay a small salary and some commission and over a period of 5-6 years, you will have the skills required to begin earning some substantial money. In this type of a job, good sales people earn between $80,000 - $250,000 per year and they earn every penny of it. The sales people earning the $250,000 per year have likely been doing their job for over ten years and work 60 - 80 hours per week.

Become a Lawyer; this is simple too, just go to university for 6-8 years, get hired as an "articling student", put in 80+ hour work weeks until you are in your 40's (you need the 'grey factor' ), then either make partner, or start your own firm to be one and when you are established, you will be making $250,000 per year, maybe.
3. Become A Doctor; this one is a bit more specialized and quite a bit more challenging. 5. Become a Real Estate Developer.
